Strength & conditioning Coach Justin Walsh leads a specifically designed group session for all those wanting to improve their strength, mobility, confidence and knowledge in a gym environment.
Focusing on movements to strengthen and reverse the effects of prolonged hours of sitting during our daily routines!
Its an environment designed to educate, implicate and improve health in the form of fundamental and functional movement in the form of strength & conditioning and corrective exercises.
Clients will expect to learn about:

Charges – First session FREE, followed by AED 90+VAT per session (Package available)
