Coach Phil has developed a training programme especially for new & experienced obstacle racing aspirants that will simulate the movements and challenges seen in races. This is a custom training programme incorporating indoor and outdoor workouts to prepare you for your next race, which will be developed based on your training goals, planned races and time commitments.
