Our strength and conditioning rehabilitation coaches in Dubai  are specifically concerned with the prevention of injury and the rehabilitation of the client back to optimum levels of functional, occupational and sports specific fitness, regardless of age and ability. We support the rehabilitation program acting as a bridge to enable the client to transition from injury treatment to achieve their goals in a safe and progressive manner. These goals can include:

  • Exercising safely despite ‘being injured’
  • Being pain free in active daily living
  • Getting back to a competitive sporting environment

Working one-to-one, we use functional training methods that focus on building core strength and retraining movement patterns through specialized exercise prescription. Our strength and conditioning approach encompasses the entire development of the client, to include:
