Christine graduated in 2006 from University College Dublin before completing her Masters in Sports and Exercise Medicine in 2008. She has worked in musculoskeletal physiotherapy for over a decade, alongside high level hockey and rugby teams. Following a move to London, Christine found her key area of interest was functional rehab. She underwent extensive Clinical Pilates training and joined a well-established private practice on Harley Street. Here she treated a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and contributed to the Pilates and ergonomics services. In her spare time she enjoys keeping active and travelling.

Marianne Tafani is an internationally recognised, highly qualified pilates trainer, coach and instructor. Often referred to as a "core-function expert” Marianne’s expertise extends to anything core related, pelvic floor, pre and post natal, injury rehab, lower back pain and sciatica and scoliosis corrective exercise programmes. Marianne offers UPANDRUNNING clients with a range of individual and group pilates classes, which aim to improve core stability, strength and posture. Marianne also runs post natal abdominal recovery courses and Diastasis Recti repair programmes, which is another area she specialises in. Marianne is passionate about the benefits that clinical pilates can have for people of all ages and abilities. “For me the benefits of Pilates numerous and multi faceted. The most well known are improved flexibility, core strength and posture. But it’s also incredibly effective for general toning, injury rehab and also to help with the prevention of injuries.”

Julia graduated from Kings College London in 1999 and started her career at two of London's teaching hospitals, along with work for Fulham Football Club. She moved to Dubai in 2004 to work in private practice. Julia has a special interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation along with pre and post-natal rehabilitation. She uses her manual therapy skills along with soft tissue release, dry needling, and taping for pain relief and to correct dysfunction. She then uses postural correction, exercise therapy and Stott Pilates to globally rehabilitate her clients, to achieve full recovery and prevent recurrence of injury. Julia has worked at many local sporting events such as the Dubai Rugby 7s and the Dubai Marathon.

Jade integrates a hands-on approach, Pilates-based rehabilitation, Functional Rehabilitation, Dry Needling and Health coaching in order to help people heal. Jade has undergone extensive study in Women’s Health Physiotherapy.
