His often holistic, approach combines the latest in technologies & research, across these disciplines, to health and performance monitoring, injury reduction as well as physical performance enhancement programmes. Passionate about helping individuals & teams deliver in high-performance environments, he is also a strong advocate of the ‘Exercise is Medicine’ approach in order to help people lead healthier lives and reduce disease risk. His experiences range from supporting Olympic gold & World Champion athletes, working with international footballers, providing specialist input into sporting & medical organisations and supporting high-performance endurance athletes

Before moving to Dubai, Dr. Lawrence has been a GP in the UK for 28 years and senior partner of a busy 14,000 patient practice. He has a keen interest in Sports Medicine and was awarded a MSc through the University of Bath. He had the great privilege of working in the Sports Medicine Polyclinic at the London 2012 Olympics. His academic interests include adolescent rugby injuries having worked closely with the English RFU and caring for and studying two large rugby playing public schools for many years. His primary specialty is family medicine.

Dr Kempers is a Sports Medicine Consultant with a special interest in exercise physiology and human movement. Alongside his position at UPANDRUNNING, he remains as medical coordinator and physician of the Dutch National Cycling Federation, for which he was the Team NL physician for the London and Rio Olympics and the 2014 European Games. He was a past team physician for UCI ProTour teams such Team LottoNL - Jumbo and Argos-Shimano. Dr Kempers treats all musculoskeletal concerns such as neck-shoulder pain, back pain, headache, hip, knee and foot problems. He also consults on performance loss, altitude training as a tool to improve condition and rehabilitation after inactivity, operation or illness. As a competitive triathlete, he has an interest in all sports and is particularly interested the mechanics of human movement – completing both Biomedical Health Science and Physical Therapy degrees. Dr Kempers speaks English, French, Dutch and German.

Stephanie is a clinical and sports nutritionist and has worked in clinical practice for 25 years and in the Middle East for fourteen years including lecturing on nutritional and wellness topics, and contributing regularly to several local publications on matters of diet and nutrition. She is a director of Allergy Network Dubai and the founder of the nutritional website (www.purenutritiondubai.com) Her post graduate degree is in sports nutrition and she is a strong sports and gym enthusiast, an avid cyclist, skier and golfer. She is the personal nutritionist to the Australasian women’s ski champion, Piera Hudson. Stephanie is focused on dealing with metabolic individuality and works as an integrative nutritionist under the functional nutrition protocols applying evidence-based strategies, to identify the root cause of chronic disease.

Phil has an extensive background academically and physically, initially completing a degree in Physical Education at the University of Otago and then a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Medicine, more recently becoming an American Council Certified Trainer. He played football in New Zealand's premier division for a number of years before moving to Dubai. Phil is constantly learning, bringing together multiple facets of health and performance, as he believes his clients deserve the best, to assist their development of a lifetime of healthy success.
