Kelly completed her degree at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa in 2005 and in 2009 her OMT postgraduate specialisation. She worked in a well-known Johannesburg Sports and Orthopaedic Physiotherapy practice working closely with various surgeons in a multidisciplinary team to be the best help her patients. She moved to Dubai in 2012. She enjoys working with perioperative Orthopaedics focusing on the shoulder, knee, ankle and neuro/spinal cases. Using hands-on treatment, Exercise therapy, Dry needling, Cupping, Neurodynamics and Peripheral nerve therapy. Expertise in cervicogenic headaches and neck injuries, peripheral nerve issues, global biomechanical assessments, post-spinal surgery and ankle injuries. She has a keen interest in Netball, Yoga and Scuba diving

Julia graduated from Kings College London in 1999 and started her career at two of London's teaching hospitals, along with work for Fulham Football Club. She moved to Dubai in 2004 to work in private practice. Julia has a special interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation along with pre and post-natal rehabilitation. She uses her manual therapy skills along with soft tissue release, dry needling, and taping for pain relief and to correct dysfunction. She then uses postural correction, exercise therapy and Stott Pilates to globally rehabilitate her clients, to achieve full recovery and prevent recurrence of injury. Julia has worked at many local sporting events such as the Dubai Rugby 7s and the Dubai Marathon.

Jonathan graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physio) at Auckland University of Technology and spent 5 years working in multiple clinics in New Zealand and Australia. He has also worked extensively with Auckland and Brisbane based pro-level football and rugby clubs providing physiotherapy & rehabilitation. Jonathan has been in Dubai for over 5 years treating the general population, athletes, and the Aviation population. Taking a holistic approach to treatment, Jonathan’s clinical special interests include sports, sacrum/pelvis and spinal manual and manipulative therapy, and shoulder injuries - role in overhead athletes through to its role in posture with corporate office workers.'

Jenny qualified in 2008 from the University of Central Lancashire and has specialised in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy since 2011. Prior to moving to Dubai in 2016, she worked in the UK NHS and private practice, as well as at Blackburn Rovers Football Academy from 2007. Jenny’s assessments tend to be very patient focused and she uses a combination of manual therapy, exercise and good patient education to achieve goals. Jenny has recently started her MSc in Advancing Physiotherapy Practice via distance learning with Sheffield Hallam. In her spare time Jenny enjoys yoga, barre and HIIT sessions, and has a black belt in Lau Gar kickboxing.

Jeelna started her career in sport working for Queen's Park Rangers Football Club, alongside working for several teaching NHS hospitals in London. She specialised in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, with a special interest in the sporting shoulder and atraumatic complex shoulder instability in children and adults. Jeelna has worked in private racquet sports clubs with a key focus on gym based rehabilitation and Clinical Pilates, to help achieve client specific functional goals. She keeps herself fit combining strength training in the gym and multi-style Yoga to achieve balance to her lifestyle. She is a certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200) registered in Rishikesh in India and uses a yoga therapy approach to improve posture, alignment and general wellbeing in her clients. She provides this service 1:1 or in bespoke group based classes.
