Neasa graduated in 2005 in Ireland with first class honours. Since qualification she has worked in private hospitals and sports clinics in Ireland and the UAE, furthering her education in manual therapy, functional rehabilitation, dry needling and Pilates. She has a keen interest in women’s health/pelvic floor physiotherapy. Her continuing education reflects this with post graduate certification in pelvic floor physiotherapy from Melbourne University. Neasa specialises in the rehabilitation of pregnant and post-natal women with pain issues, diastasis and pelvic floor disorders. She utilizes her training in clinical Pilates and sports rehabilitation to optimize whole body function and prescribe safe exercise during this time.

Ben graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy in 2011. His most recent role is Consultant Physiotherapist for the Football Association. He has previously worked in the English Premier League with Stoke City and has been Head Physiotherapist at Port Vale F.C in the Football League. Ben’s experience in treating elite athletes enables him to holistically assess, diagnose and treat a wide array of musculoskeletal injuries; ensuring patients are not only pain free but physically fitter and more robust. He has completed a number of different courses to advance his skillset to ensure he utilises a variety of evidence-based strategies to suit the individual requirements of each patient.

Matthew is an MSK specialist who has a number of years of experience working within private practice settings and professional sport. He has a strong interest in rehabilitation from all musculoskeletal injuries, always aiming for a full and timely recovery. Key areas of interest include spinal pathologies, postoperative rehabilitation, and all lower limb injuries.

Matthew worked for 10 years as an Osteopath in Sydney before relocating to Dubai. A keen athlete with an interest in many types of sports (and their various impacts) including CrossFit, running, tennis, squash, triathlons, and cycling (both mountain and road), Matthew was previously the Quantum Riders Cycling Team official Osteopath. Matthew has an interest in the human body; with a special interest in the pelvis and lower back pain, as well as neck pain and headaches. He is primarily a structurally based osteopath, who practices dry needling, with an interest in pain science/education and nutrition.

David’s interest in osteopathy was sparked during his time as an international field hockey player for Ireland. After qualifying as an osteopath from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed an MSc in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health from University College London. David’s focus is on the mechanics of the body, to restore function, prevent and treat injury, and optimize performance. He uses specific techniques to suit individual needs, including: soft tissues release, joint mobilization and manipulation, and may use dry needling to complement treatment.
