Phil has an extensive background academically and physically, initially completing a degree in Physical Education at the University of Otago and then a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Medicine, more recently becoming an American Council Certified Trainer. He played football in New Zealand's premier division for a number of years before moving to Dubai. Phil is constantly learning, bringing together multiple facets of health and performance, as he believes his clients deserve the best, to assist their development of a lifetime of healthy success.

After qualifying as a Soft Tissue Massage Therapist, Louisa worked in London’s private health sector, supplying deep tissue and sports massage to help clients achieve full recovery and fitness. Louisa has worked with top professional athletes to provide pre and post-match recovery treatment, including the Australian Rugby team, Olympic lightweight boxers and World Champion Jiu-jitsu fighters. She also enjoys working at charity events such as the London Marathon and charity rugby tournaments.

Jennifer graduated from Salford University, Manchester and has over 7 years experience working in a private practice carrying out assessments on musculoskeletal injuries. She has worked extensively in semi-professional football providing pre/post event massage, rehab plans & pitch side management. Her experience extends to supporting UK athletic teams with pre-habilitation and sports massage therapy. Her special interests include Sports injuries and Musculoskeletal conditions. Her approach is to provide the Patient with information and advice on how they can utilize their movement better to enable them to become more functional for activities of daily living and/or in the sporting environment.

Born and raised in Dubai, Justin and has always been actively involved in both competitive and recreational sports. As an athlete participating in a range of sports, and with a few injuries as proof, Justin realized his passion for helping others get back to their previous level of activity, and feel good about it! While completing his degree in Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Exeter in the UK he worked alongside the Exeter Chiefs RFC as a Strength and conditioning coach as well as a sport scientist, implementing exercise intensity domains for their field based training. Justin holds further qualifications in various soft tissue techniques (Massage, Trigger-point therapy, IASTM), which he uses in cohesion with his strength and conditioning work. He is experienced in working with a clientele of all ages, including post-surgical, chronic/overuse injury patients to professional athletes in both a performance and clinical setting.

Marie graduated in Nursing in London in 1979. In the UK, she worked in the NHS specialising in Critical Care for more than 20 years, and General Practice for 10 years. Marie then attained Diplomas in Critical Care, Diabetes, Asthma and Coronary Heart Disease. Relocating to Dubai in 2008, she has been part of the UPANDRUNNING team since the beginning. Marie plays a lead role heading up the nursing team and is also Patient Service Manager.
