Jade graduated in Physiotherapy in 2008 in London and has worked for several popular central London clinics. She has worked alongside professional dancers, athletes, and acrobats. Jade integrates a hands-on approach, Pilates-based rehabilitation, Functional Rehabilitation, Dry Needling and Health coaching in order to help people heal. Jade has undergone extensive study in Women’s Health Physiotherapy.

Neasa graduated in 2005 in Ireland with first class honours. Since qualification she has worked in private hospitals and sports clinics in Ireland and the UAE, furthering her education in manual therapy, functional rehabilitation, dry needling and Pilates. She has a keen interest in women’s health/pelvic floor physiotherapy. Her continuing education reflects this with post graduate certification in pelvic floor physiotherapy from Melbourne University. Neasa specialises in the rehabilitation of pregnant and post-natal women with pain issues, diastasis and pelvic floor disorders. She utilizes her training in clinical Pilates and sports rehabilitation to optimize whole body function and prescribe safe exercise during this time.
