David’s interest in osteopathy was sparked during his time as an international field hockey player for Ireland. After qualifying as an osteopath from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed an MSc in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health from University College London.
David’s focus is on the mechanics of the body, to restore function, prevent and treat injury, and optimize performance. He uses specific techniques to suit individual needs, including: soft tissues release, joint mobilization and manipulation, and may use dry needling to complement treatment.
