Jade graduated in Physiotherapy in 2008 in London and has worked for several popular central London clinics. She has worked alongside professional dancers, athletes, and acrobats. Jade integrates a hands-on approach, Pilates-based rehabilitation, Functional Rehabilitation, Dry Needling and Health coaching in order to help people heal.
Jade has undergone extensive study in Women’s Health Physiotherapy.
