Julia graduated from Kings College London in 1999 and started her career at two of London’s teaching hospitals, along with work for Fulham Football Club. She moved to Dubai in 2004 to work in private practice. Julia has a special interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation along with pre and post-natal rehabilitation.
She uses her manual therapy skills along with soft tissue release, dry needling, and taping for pain relief and to correct dysfunction. She then uses postural correction, exercise therapy and Stott Pilates to globally rehabilitate her clients, to achieve full recovery and prevent recurrence of injury. Julia has worked at many local sporting events such as the Dubai Rugby 7s and the Dubai Marathon.
