Stephanie is a clinical and sports nutritionist and has worked in clinical practice for 25 years and in the Middle East for fourteen years including lecturing on nutritional and wellness topics, and contributing regularly to several local publications on matters of diet and nutrition.
She is a director of Allergy Network Dubai and the founder of the nutritional website (www.purenutritiondubai.com) Her post graduate degree is in sports nutrition and she is a strong sports and gym enthusiast, an avid cyclist, skier and golfer. She is the personal nutritionist to the Australasian women’s ski champion, Piera Hudson.
Stephanie is focused on dealing with metabolic individuality and works as an integrative nutritionist under the functional nutrition protocols applying evidence-based strategies, to identify the root cause of chronic disease.
