My progress is slow, but steady. I'm really thankful that I'm finally doing the right kinds of training that my body currently needs. Yesterday my appointment at the physical therapists office told me that my diastasis recti (ab separation) is at 7 cm and only one finger wide. It was 13 cm when I first saw her two months ago, and it must have been much much bigger and well over two fingers width when my daughter was a lot younger. Thanks to Neasa at @upandrunningdubai and Charlotte @charlotte_shelley from @b2bfitnessdubai I am finally on the right path. βœŠπŸΌπŸŒΏπŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ™ŒπŸΌ Also, consistency is key, and I haven't been lax about my workouts out at home. Just ask my daughter Sophia 🌞 . . . . . #dubaimom #fitmom #homegymlife #fitnesslife #homegym #cleanliving #cleaneating #selflove #peaceloveyoga #eatcleantraindirty #fitwomen #dubailife #dubai #stayactive #activemama #empowered #fitness #fitnessmotivation #wellness #fitlife #sophiamonkey #fitnessgoal
