British-trained physiotherapist James brings a career built at the highest levels of sport, from professional football in England and Thailand to the Hong Kong Rugby Sevens national team, where he served as Lead Rehabilitation Coach in the lead-up to the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. He has also worked with Olympic-level endurance cyclists and Hong Kong squash players ranked in the world’s top 20.

James combines his elite sporting background with broad clinical experience across the full spectrum of patients, from everyday active individuals to high-performance athletes. He has developed expertise in shoulder, hip, knee and spinal conditions, working with both acute injuries and complex chronic presentations.
