Titleist expertise

Why a Biomechanical Screening Matters

Golf asks a lot of your body. A single swing repeats a complex, high speed sequence of movements, over and over, round after round. When one part of that chain isn’t working the way it should, something else compensates, and that is usually where pain and lost distance come from.

Injury is common

research suggests up to 60% of professional golfers experience some form of injury in a season, and around 40% of amateur golfers. Most of these injuries trace back to how the body moves, not just how many balls are hit.

The body-swing connection

your posture, mobility, and stability directly shape your swing mechanics. Understanding that connection is the first step to fixing what’s holding you back.

Performance and injury prevention go together

better mobility and movement quality do not just lower your injury risk, they also drive a more efficient, more powerful, more repeatable swing.

Optimize Performance

What We Assess

Every element of your swing that can be measured, and improved.

BODY POSITION & BALANCE

The foundation everything else is built on.

Why it matters: Poor balance is one of the most common, and most fixable, causes of inconsistency

MOBILITY & FLEXIBILITY

How freely your body can move into position.

Why it matters: Restricted mobility forces compensations that can cost you distance and lead to pain

TIMING & SEQUENCING

The order your body moves in, and when.

Why it matters: Great ball strikers share the same sequencing signature, regardless of their individual style.

FORCE TRANSFER

How your power actually reaches the ball.

Why it matters: Efficient force transfer is what separates effortless power from strain.

SWING SPEED

How fast you swing, and whether your body can support it.

Why it matters: More speed only helps if your body can control it, safely and repeatedly.

STRENGTH & ENDURANCE

Can you repeat your best swing, all round long?

Why it matters: Many swing faults only appear once fatigue sets in, late in the round.

The assessment is a 60 minute appointment, conducted at either Emirates Golf Club or Jumeriah Golf Estates. The cost is 795 AED
