Our nutrition programs are physician-led and built on clinical testing data — resting metabolic rate, body composition, CPET and blood markers — that a standard dietitian consultation does not include. Dr Zahra is a Sports Medicine Specialist and published researcher in metabolic health. Every plan is derived from your individual physiology, not a general dietary template.

The testing is what makes the plan accurate. Without it, any nutrition recommendation is an estimate. We recommend completing the relevant assessments for your program — they are included in the package prices and typically take place across one or two appointments before your plan is built.

Yes. The 12-Week Metabolic Reset is specifically designed for those with metabolic conditions including type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, PCOS, metabolic syndrome and fatty liver. Dr Zahra manages these presentations as part of the clinical picture and coordinates with your treating physicians where needed.

Absolutely. All three programs are designed to work alongside your current training load, and the exercise prescription is calibrated to complement rather than compete with what you are already doing.

GLP-1 medication is reviewed as part of the 12-Week Metabolic Reset program where clinically appropriate. It is not prescribed for everyone, and the conversation always involves a proper clinical assessment. If prescribed, it is an additional cost.
