British Physiotherapist, Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sports Science from the University of Edinburgh and went on to achieve a Master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of Southampton.
Chris has a passion for working with athletes to optimize performance whilst minimizing the risk of injury, combining Strength and Conditioning, Sports Science and Physiotherapy elements into his rehabilitation and performance programs. His experience spans both NHS and private practices working with international rugby players, national and international athletes and a broad range of the active population.
Chris integrates Shockwave therapy, Acupuncture and other adjunctive modalities into his programs to ensure the best outcome for his patients. He is passionate about sport, having competed in national level athletics, high-level rugby and achieved a Black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
