A low-force technique that works with the body’s natural ligamentous tension to release restrictions and restore joint balance, well suited to acute or sensitive presentations.
Craniosacral Therapy
A light-touch approach working with the nervous system to release deep tension. effective for headaches, jaw pain, stress-related conditions and nervous system sensitivity.
Visceral Osteopathy
Gentle treatment addressing the mobility of internal organs and their relationship to the musculoskeletal system, particularly used following surgery, illness or persistent unexplained pain.
