MEET HAYLEY BROWN
Hayley holds a Master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine from University College London, bringing an exceptionally strong academic and clinical foundation to her work. With specialist training spanning sports therapy, rehabilitation, and Pilates, she offers a depth of expertise that is rare in a single clinician.
At UPANDRUNNING, Hayley specialises in hip and low back injuries, postnatal recovery, and sports injury management. Her approach is integrative by design, combining the precision of clinical physiotherapy with the progressive, whole-body benefits of Pilates to deliver rehabilitation that is both effective and lasting.
Hayley is an award-winning Pilates Educator and Instructor, and a Master Trainer with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI), one of the most respected Pilates training organizations. This distinction places her among a small group of clinicians qualified to train other healthcare professionals in the APPI method. In practice, it means her patients benefit from an exceptionally nuanced understanding of movement, load, and how the body responds to progressive rehabilitation.
Whether you are recovering from a hip or back injury, navigating the postnatal period, or returning to sport after time out, Hayley builds a program around your body, your goals, and where you are right now.
