After completing her master’s degree at the University of Studies La Sapienza in Rome and a Post Bachelor master’s in educational psychology, her further development encompassed a Brief Strategic Psychotherapy, during which she gained practical and effective techniques and methods of intervention to solve existential and psychological problems in a relatively short time, going on to become a Psychotherapist accredited through the Gestalt Institute HCC in Italy.
As Clinical Psychologist Sabrina’s areas of interest range from anxiety disorders to panic attacks, depression, mood disorders, self-esteem, woman’s health related discomfort, parental training, existential crises and work-related burnout.
Sabrina views the “setting” as the ideal place where the patients can get rid of their suffering, symptoms and non-adaptive experiences in a non-judgmental atmosphere, made of empathetic acceptance and trust. The setting is seen not only as a place of integration, change and re-elaboration, but also as a co-created space within which it is possible to build paths of personal growth for a fuller and more conscious life.
